Overview
In order to ensure the implementation of the policy of ‘Zero Tolerence’ for ragging of any kid, the following Anti-Ragging Committee has been constituted:

Offences and Penalties under NDPS Act

More than small quantity but less than commercial quantity - Rigorous imprisonment. up to 10 years + fine up to Rs. 1 Lakhs.
